Capabilities
One operator. Whole stack.
A solo studio that takes an idea from problem to shipped product — design, engineering, and operations under one roof.
Product engineering
Full-stack builds on Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres — from first schema to production deploy.
AI systems
Agents, automation engines, and realtime voice — wired into real workflows, not demos.
Commerce
Custom storefronts, checkout, payments, and full admin — built for brands that outgrow templates.
Operations software
CRM, scheduling, finance, and analytics that give owners one view of the whole business.
The library · 05 systems in orbit
Products that ship,
not slide decks.
Each fragment below is a real system — designed, built, and run end to end. One is live and taking customers today; the rest are in build or pilot.
SimpliSiteOS
Business Operating System
A modular operating system that runs an entire service business from one place.
Service businesses run on a dozen disconnected tools — bookings here, invoices there, marketing somewhere else. Nothing talks, owners drown in admin, and no one has a single view of the business.
A modular OS with interchangeable modules — CRM, content, finance, automation, analytics, and outreach — sharing one data core. Each module works alone or as part of the whole, so a business adds only what it needs.
Core platform live in internal use across salons and service businesses, replacing five-plus separate subscriptions with a single system.
SOBO Booking
Booking SaaS · Live
Real-time booking, reminders, and no-show reduction for salons — live and taking appointments.
Salons lose bookings to phone-tag and missed calls, then lose revenue to no-shows. Owners manage a paper diary while clients expect to book at midnight from their phone.
A booking platform with real-time availability, self-serve online scheduling, automated reminders, and an owner dashboard for services, staff, and hours — tuned for how salons actually run.
Live and processing real bookings for SOBO Nail Salon in Vashi, with the platform packaged for other salons.
Threadhead
Commerce · Streetwear
An independent streetwear label on a fully custom storefront and admin — built for drops, not templates.
Off-the-shelf storefronts don't fit a drop-culture streetwear brand. Generic themes fight the aesthetic, and hosted platforms take a cut while limiting control over inventory and launches.
A custom commerce stack — storefront plus a full admin for products, photos, stock, discounts, orders, and payments — with motion-led product pages and a checkout wired to a real payment flow.
Storefront and complete admin built and production-ready on Postgres, staged for the first public drop.
Voice Agents
AI · Voice Receptionist
AI voice agents that answer, qualify, and book — so small businesses stop losing after-hours leads.
Small businesses miss calls during service and after hours, and every missed call is a lost lead. Hiring a receptionist is expensive; voicemail loses the customer.
AI voice receptionists that answer naturally, understand intent, answer common questions, capture details, and hand off or book — trained on each business so the conversation fits the brand.
In pilot as a front desk for small service businesses, capturing leads that would otherwise go to voicemail.
Next Build
In Development
The next system is on the modeling table — a new venture taking shape.
Every system here started as an unglamorous problem worth solving end to end. The next one is being scoped now.
Currently in design and prototyping. Reserved for the next product — engineered to the same standard as everything in orbit around it.
In active development. Details when it's ready to ship, not before.
